Evan Goldsmith
Evan is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Zero Carbon.
With over a decade of experience in real estate, Evan brings a wealth of knowledge on how to improve building operations. Evan's experience in clean energy comes from implementing energy efficiency upgrades and new construction for many buildings in order to reduce utility consumption, energy costs and carbon emission.
Evan holds a BA from Georgetown University.

McGowan Southworth
McGowan is the co-founder of Zero Carbon. Now serving as the Chief Strategy Officer, he is responsible creating the company's vision for the world of Utility 2.0.
McGowan's background is in the music industry where he worked as a songwriter, artist, and music producer. His passion for sustainability brought him into the renewable energy industry. Going through the complex process of installing solar for his own co-op lead him to start Brooklyn Power, LLC, which specializes in solar, sub-metering, and energy analytics for multifamily buildings. In 2016, Brooklyn Power merged with Zero Carbon Corporation.

Nick Lombardi
Nick is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Zero Carbon. He oversees the day-to-day operations and ensures the team is delivering on its mission to clients and stakeholders.
Nick is an experienced real estate professional who specializes in distributed energy projects, energy efficiency programs, green buildings, and construction management. Before joining Zero Carbon, Nick was involved with hundreds of projects that brought clean energy to commercial and residential buildings.
Nick holds an MS in Real Estate Finance from New York University's Schack Institute of Real Estate and a BA in International Relations from Trinity College. He is also LEED-AP certified.
